My Unintential Pick Up Line
Setup: Coming down from my doctor's 3rd floor office to the 1st floor lab where I need to get my blood work. I walk to the reception...
Nurse: May I help you?
Me: I was sent from above...
Nurse: (smiles)
And then she decreetly took me to the back office where I was allowed to sit in this most comfortable chair all while our eyes never left each other. She gently caressed by arm before lustfully stabbing it with a huge needle, drawing enough blood to smear into a giant heart on the office's wall.
Could this be love?

About Last Night...
Actually...3 Nights ago...
3:00am: I get woken up by someone BLASTING their music very LOUD. When I say, LOUD, I mean, CONCERT LEVEL LOUD. I was surprised that more ppl weren't awake by it. Later, she turned down the music (I said "she" because it turns out to by my downstair's neighbour...more on that later) but its still loud enough to distrub me. And judging from the fact, I can feel the bass, I figured the music was coming from below.
3:17am: I have had enough and decided to call the cops. The music was just way too loud for 3am in the morning. After I called the cops, I decided to sit in the dark in my living room and wait.
3:20am: Sitting in the dark, I hear 2 other things I couldn't hear before while lying in my bedroom: 1) I can hear my other neighbours banging against their walls; and 2) I can also hear why "she" turns up the music so loud. "She" was a very vocal and "orgasimic" person. Normally, I would be aroused by this...but I was very tired (and a little sick) and wanted to only sleep...
3:30am: A cop finally shows up and starts knocking on her door. But the music is SOOOO loud, that he is left knocking on the door with no response. I even saw the cop go around the building and try to throw rocks at her window. No use. I think the cop can also hear her having very exciting sex as well...
3:40am: FINALLY, the girl hears the knocking and answers the door. I hear murmuring and then the music eventually goes down. Finally I can go back to sleep.
3:45am: the cop leaves. As he does, my neighbour turns on the music FULL BLAST for like a second, then turns it off, as to say "F.U to the neighbour who called the cops on me." That would be me...
About Yesterday...
The strangest and scariest thing happened to me after lunch. And it could be best describe as I went into complete SHOCK.
Out of nowhere, I started to feel really cold. Not like a chill down my spline...but literally, I started to freeze to death. I started shivering, my fingers started getting numb and my lips very dry and numb.
I put on my jacket but it didn't help at all. I had someone drive me home immediately. Still shivering when I got home, my friend sez I look really pale and grey. I looked in the mirror, and my lips were blue. How can I be this cold when the temperature was very warm outside?!!
I turned up the heat in my place, closed all my windows and buried myself in blankets to warm myself up. Though I knew NOT to fall asleep, I really couldn't...I was TOO DAMN COLD to do so...
About 45 minutes later...I started to feel better...and started to warm up. But REALLY warm up. I was starting to RADIATE HEAT like a mutha...
So, I got out of bed, turned down all the heaters and started turning on all my fans to cool down. Though I was HOT as hell, and with a slight headache, I feel good...not sick at all.
But I was also VERY HUNGRY!! Like starving...Must have been all the energy my body was burning up from reheating myself...since I had no car, I ordered a pizza...
Anyways...I talked to my doctor and turns out to be a slight side effect of some mediation I am taking...and the fact I might have skip breakfast / lunch that day...
So, lesson learned kids? Don't miss your breakfast!!

Super Aaaaasiaaaaan Weekend!
I called this past weekend that because of the amount of work I did to help support the Asian community here and aboard...here's a rundown:
Friday Night: I attended KAPS (Korean American Professional Society) Awards Gala fundraiser. There were some great speaker at the awards show, including 95 year old, former Governor of Washington, Albert Dean Rosellini, LA Korean Community Leader, Charles Kim and the new President of the NAACP (whom was actually the weakest of the speakers. I hope he improves because he needs to be a better speaker if he is supposed to be the president). Good food for a good cause that my admission ticket will help go towards...
Saturday: volunteer at the Walk for Rice walkathon at Stewart Park, helping register runners and Walkers. Walk for Rice help raise money for the food banks here, with an emphasis on getting ethnic food items that most food banks dont carry (like rice). It was for a good cause and they raised a lot of money. And it was such a BEAUTIFUL day for a great walk around the park.
Sunday Night: went with Linh to see Saving Face from writer / director Alice Wu (former Seattlite from Microsoft too), a great indie Asian American film about mother and daughter in New York City. I just love the traditional Chinese mother daughter relationship between the two and the not-so tradition relationships they have fallen in and how the film's dialog is both in English and Mandrian (Chi-nglish). And I really liked how the movie ended too...it totally surprised me. Definately worth seeing...and supporting independant Asian American (North American) films...
My Apologies
This weekend, I was helping Songco testing out some new images stuff for Blogger. I used some distrubing pictures (besides the one of my baby niece). I have since taken them down because the pictures were either: a) screwing up my site; and /or b) giving ppl nightmares. Though I did get some funny comments...
Have a nice day.

Two Jobs
Many ppl ask what I do at work. And most of the time I tell them, I am a game designer.
But let the truth be known, I actually do two (2) jobs here. Not only do am I a designer, but I am also a project coordinator. So, I dont just "design" the game, I make sure the game production itself is on track, on time, deal with the marketing and PR and testing and localization and even write the damn manual.
But wait, its get worst. Currently, not only am I doing two jobs...those two jobs are between two SEPARATE projects. Yes, I am currently scheduling the tasks on one project while designing something REALLY COOL on another (can't talk about it but you will be surprised when it is announced).
Its funny, but I am really comfortable doing two separate jobs even though it keeps me busy. And I think I do both of them well enough that I am still doing both. What's funnier, is that WORK REALLY wants me to SPECIALIZE and stick to doing only one of my jobs yet WORK is the one that keeps assigning me to do both.
And yes, I am busy. Like working til 12:30am last night busy...
