Fun Haters'

As you can probably tell by my lack of posting that I am busy...EXTREMELY BUSY. Yes, I have a shitload of things to do, but its not necessarily the workload that killing me, but 2 other things I would like to talk about:

1) Responsibilities. Yes, I have a new role and new responsibilites to deal with...the kind that rest on my shoulders and I will probably be always to blamed for everything that goes wrong. Yeah, that sucks too...

2) Lack of anything else. See...I have a problem now. I work so hard in the week that I really need to do something fun on the weekend (or at least on Saturday since I now come in on Sunday...like NOW). Unfortunately, for the past couple of weekends, I really haven't been doin' ANYTHING. Why? Because everyone I know is busy and no one wants to go out anymore. There are times that I am just sitting down with my phone calling like 10 ppl all getting rejected for doing anything fun. And it really sucks, to a point of frustration. Its getting to the point I dont want to call anyone anymore...

And what's worst...when work forces you to stay a little longer, forcing you to cancel the few plans you do have making it too late to do anything after :(

The only brightspot of this past weekends was Songco in SF introduced me to this cool new friend here in Seattle. She's like a ball of fun energy who looks like she is always up for anything and will show me the good times I need here when everyone else is going to bail... Unfortunately, our first meeting together, I was really tired and quite frankly, a complete bore to be with that night...there goes my first impression (which are "lasting impressions" according to my ex principal).

Seriously...I am really dying for some fun these days...dare I say...I think I need a girlfriend...

For all ya gaming geeks out there...I AM NOT GOING TO E3 THIS YEAR! Yes...this will be the first E3 I will miss since Alanta 1997 and probably the biggest E3 since this is where we will see all 3 of the new systems. I guess Jon has to fend for himself this year.

I decided instead to go home that week and see my mom...

PSP

Alright, I caved in on Thursday (ok, not much coaxing really) and bought myself a PSP. Not a substitution for a girlfriend or will improve my social life, just something the gamer / gadget freak in me wanted. Brought one game (Lumines...FUCKIN' ROX!) and plan to hack the shit out of the little system so I can do cool things that no one else can do at work...so :P

That's right, I was in Las Vegas that one weekend (after that Whistler weekend). I got to hang out with Jon and Denny and Gerry to celebrate Wen's manhood.

It was a good time had by all, but what happens in Vegas, stays yadda yadda yadda...

OMG!! I BOUGHT AN iPOD!!

A 40GB iPod photo to be precise. Great deal on it too, better than that new fangle 30GB iPod photo they just announce. Aad I LOVE IT! Its just awesome to be able to carry ALL MY MUSIC and PHOTOS and portable Hard drive with me wherever I go...

OMG!! THE THIRD HAWAII ALBUM (FINALLY!!) !!

Third album...but not the last. Turns out, I had to split that last album into 2 because it was so big. Anyways, check out my Hawaiian Nights album here:
